ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The Public Services Department establishes an annual contract for instrumentation services for the city’s water and wastewater treatment plants.  A total of eighteen (18) bid invitations were downloaded from Bonfire.  Three (3) bids were received and opened on January 9, 2024.  An evaluation of all bids was performed, and Prime Controls, LP is recommended for award as the lowest bidder.  Funding is available for these services in Utility Fund accounts.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the award and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
