ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
In 2023, a feasibility study was conducted regarding possible expansion of the Lewisville Grand Theater. Staff was directed to pursue the “Home” package of facility renovations and technology upgrades. This PSA with Brandstetter Carroll Inc. is for the design of proposed facility renovations. Brandstetter is the firm that designed both the Fleet and Facilities building and City Hall basement remodel. Funding is available in the Facilities Renovations and Repairs Capital Improvement Project.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the agreement and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
