ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

This agreement engages National Council for Community Development to provide technical assistance, such as the review, analysis, and structuring of financial incentives, as well as support and training related to economic and housing development programs. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the agreement as set forth in the caption above; and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement.
