Approval of a Master Services Agreement, Task Order No. 1 (Material Supply Services) in the Amount of $7,719,342.23, Task Order No. 2 (Meter Installation & PM Services) in the Amount of $2,098,414.50 and Task Order No. 3 (Annual Maintenance and Extended Warranty) in the Amount of $69,519.11 with HydroPro Solutions, LLC, Georgetown, TX and Authorization for the City Manager, or her Designee, to Execute the Agreements.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system is an integrated, fixed-network system that enables two-way communication between utilities and customers. The system collects, stores, analyzes, and presents water usage data, allowing the City to monitor water usage in real time. Implementing this project puts Lewisville on par with modern industry standards for water utility operations, assists in complying with EPA’s revised Lead and Copper Rule, supplements efforts in water conservation, and allows residents direct access to real time data. HydroPro Solutions, LLC is the sole source vendor for the installation of the AMI infrastructure.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the Master Services Agreement, Task Orders 1-3, and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement and task orders as set forth in the caption above.
