Ratification of a Temporary License and Access Agreement Between the City of Lewisville and Nack Development, LLC.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
Nack Development, LLC ("Nack") is the developer for the Deck on Main project ("Project") located at 191 W Main Street. The Project will consist of a 3-story mixed-use commercial building that will also provide public restrooms. The city owns adjacent property at 206 W Main Street and 207 Elm Street (the "Properties"), which are currently vacant. As the Project nears completion, there is a need for storage space for brick and other masonry materials. As a result, Nack requested temporary access to the parking areas on the Properties for such storage. To aid in the development of Old Town and enhance the area, this license and access agreement needed to be signed on July 22, 2024, and now requires ratification.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council ratify the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
