ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The City Manager previously approved the Professional Services Agreement with Geotex Engineering, LLC on December 6, 2023 in the amount of $49,750, to provide materials testing services. Additional services were needed that increased the agreement amount by $10,000, thus requiring Council approval. Funding is available in the Fire Training Tower Capital Project.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the amendment and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the amendment as set forth in the caption above.
