ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

A total of sixty-four (64) request for proposals were downloaded from Bonfire.  Eight (8) proposals were received and opened on January 31, 2024. Three (3) were deemed responsive.  An evaluation of proposals was performed, and it was determined that New Tangram, LLC offered the best value for the City to provide furniture for the Tittle McFadden Public Safety Center and is being recommended for award.  Funding is available from the Joint Public Safety Capital Project.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council approve the award and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
