ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
This Policy Statement outlines the types of pay that employees receive in addition to base pay. Revisions are necessary related to the increase in Field Training Officer pay for police and fire included in the FY25 budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the revised administrative policy as set forth in the caption above.
