ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The City is relocating the employee wellness clinic to 190 Civic Circle.  The Professional Services Agreement requires an amendment to update the location.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the amendment and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute all necessary documents as set forth in the caption above.
