ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

This project consists of the construction of sidewalks and water lines on Ace Lane.  A total of sixty-one (61) bid invitations were downloaded from Bonfire.  Eleven (11) bids were received and opened on November 12, 2024.  An evaluation of all bids was performed, and Patcon Services, LLC is recommended for award as the lowest responsible bidder. Funding is available in capital project U2008.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the bid award and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
