ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The Animal Shelter Expansion & Renovation Project has been determined to be a high priority and approved by voters in the 2024 bond package. Peak Program Value, LLC (PPV) is a nationally recognized project controls firm, which has successfully provided project controls services (including preconstruction, cost management, procurement process management, schedule & information management, and stakeholder management) on a wide range of projects in North Texas. Funding is available in the Animal Shelter Expansion capital project.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the Professional Services Agreement and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
