ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The City is seeking input from the public and council discussion regarding the effectiveness of the current short term rental regulations, the adoption of density restrictions (how many STRs can locate within a particular area) and/or the adoption of a limit on the total number of STR permits to be issued city-wide.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council conduct the public input session and discussion as set forth in the caption above.
