ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The Comprehensive Group Medical Plan Policy outlines medical benefits provided for City employees, retirees, and their dependents. The policy revision reflects changing the retiree premium methodology to a blended approach and increasing the maximum allowed annual increase in the City’s direct subsidy and/or surcharge to three percent.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the policy as set forth in the caption above.
