ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

A Condition Assessment Report (CAR) was prepared for the Minor Porter Log House and accompanying structures in 2024 by TreanorHL Inc., which identified work necessary for the preservation and repair of these facilities. Informed by the CAR, the proposed agreement includes research, design and development of Construction Contract Documents, bid preparation and facilitation, and construction administration. The project timeline is approximately 56 weeks including design and construction oversight. Funding for this agreement is available in the LLELA capital project.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the agreement and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
