ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has requested that the City relocate portions of its two raw water pipelines, in order to implement the Lewisville Lake Dam improvements. Amendment #3 of the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. includes engineering services for Tasks 10 and 11 which will include project bid and advertisement in coordination with the USACE, and construction oversight during the relocation of the two pipelines. The consultant will work with the City, USACE and other utilities to for the final phase of this project.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the amendment as set forth in the caption above.
