Approval of Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
State statute requires the Zoning Board of Adjustment to adopt rules of procedure and for those rules to be approved by the elected body. The Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously adopted (5-0) the rules of procedure on December 3, 2025. These rules of procedure now need to be approved by the City Council.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the Zoning Board of Adjustment rules of procedure as set forth in the caption above.
