ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

Floor N More is a flooring business with locations in Dallas, Rockwall, and Lewisville.  The business owner proposes to expand the footprint and make improvements to the existing storefront.  Due to existing site constraints, three alternative standards are requested to bring the site closer to current development code requirements.  The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval (7-0) on July 7, 2026.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the three alternative standards as set forth in the caption above.
