ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The proposed agreement provides for surveying and landscape architectural services to prepare a schematic design for the Castle Hills Corridor Trail Phase I. The agreement includes technical services including UAS flight and data services, easement verification, GIS services, civil engineering due diligence, and construction cost estimating advanced planning. Landscape architectural schematic design services will include project management, community engagement, site inventory, project programming, spatial analysis, and schematic trail/linear park master plan design. McAdams will require six (6) months to complete the design. The project will be funded through the PARD CIP Fund.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the agreement and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
