ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The Lewisville Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency ambulance services to unincorporated areas of Denton County through an interlocal cooperation agreement.  The agreement covers the two-year period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027, and will generate a total of $163,305 in revenue for the City.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the agreement and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
