ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

HDR Engineering completed the Prairie Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan in October 2020.  The first project identified in this study consisted of various improvements to major electrical components throughout the facility.  This project was driven by condition assessments that were performed as part of the scope of the Master Plan and are needed before plant expansion can occur.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the Professional Services Agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
