ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
This Policy Statement outlines the types of pay that employees receive in addition to base pay. Proposed revisions are related to an increase in Field Training Officer pay for both Police Officers and Firefighters as discussed during City Council workshop on July 6, 2026, adding License Pay for the Utility Line Maintenance division of the Public Works Department, and other smaller edits.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the revised Policy Statement as set forth in the caption above.
