ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The City of Lewisville is seeking to enter into an Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the reconstruction of Mill Street from Purnell Street to Harvard Street. This project will transform the current four-lane undivided roadway into a three-lane “complete street” featuring parallel and angled parking, sidewalks, dedicated bicycle lanes, and curb extensions (bump-outs). This design maintains continuity with the streetscape improvements previously completed on Mill Street between Main Street and Purnell Street. To finalize the AFA and secure project funding, TxDOT requires the City to adopt a formal resolution confirming its commitment to the project.
