ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
City Council approved a resolution on May 6, 2013 authorizing the creation of Lewisville Castle Hills Public Improvement District (PID) No. 5. An update to the Service Plan and Assessment Roll must be periodically approved by City Council. This plan identifies public improvement costs being provided by the PID along with related information concerning the indebtedness incurred and the current outstanding assessments and indebtedness. PID5 occupies the same area as Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 1-G.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the ordinance as stated in the caption above.
