ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The property owner wishes to rezone the property to bring it into compliance with the Old Town Master Plan’s recommended zoning for the area. The property is currently a long-term rental, and no immediate changes in use are planned. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval (7-0) on September 17, 2024.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
