ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

Broken Halo’s Haven, a non-profit organization, is constructing a new facility at 334 East Walters Street.  One alternative standard is requested based on the existing unfinished street section; a. to plant trees in the ROW without the tree grates as required per section VI.8.3.8. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval unanimously (7-0) at their July 15, 2025, meeting.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the item as listed in the caption above.
