ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

A total of twelve (12) proposals were downloaded from Bonfire.  One (1) proposal was received and opened on July 11, 2023.  The proposal was evaluated, and it was determined that Premiere Lighting Enterprises, LLC offers the best value for the City and is being recommended for award based on evaluation criteria.  Funding is available in the General Fund for the one-time costs and in the Community Relations & Tourism budget for the annual service costs.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the award and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract as set forth in the caption above.
