ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

On September 21, 2026, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 0873-26-ORD, which amended the City’s fee schedule. Fire line service fees and related language were inadvertently included in the Finance section of the fee schedule. No amounts have been assessed, charged, or collected under these fees. This ordinance will repeal and remove these fees from the fee schedule.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
