Approval of the Finance Policy 3.0 VI, Investment Policy.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The Public Funds Investment Act requires the Investment Policy to be submitted to the governing body on an annual basis for approval. The Texas legislature will, from time to time, change reporting requirements or have clarification to the statutes. The state meets every other year, and this being the "off" year, no amendments or clarifications were recommended. This year the policy is being submitted for approval with no changes.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the policy as set forth in the caption above.
