ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

On December 4, 2023, City Council approved the Professional Services Agreement for project control services related to the Fire Training Structure Project to Peak Program Value, LLC.  Amendment No. 1 will extend the services of PPV to accommodate closeout services past the completion of construction.  Funding is available through the Fire Training Tower capital project.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the amendment and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the amendment as set forth in the caption above.
