ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

The long-anticipated reimagining and renovation of the courtyard of the Lewisville Grand Theater is concluding, and the space is ready for its next phase. The space has been transformed into a more inviting and welcoming gathering space that features permanent art pedestals for sculptures, which will be used in a rotating sculpture exhibition in this space. The Public Art Policy calls for City Council review and approval of all public art contracts, including temporary works or loans. This request groups all six contracts in one agenda item.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council approve the agreements and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to sign the agreements as set forth in the caption above.
