ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

Upon completion of the Hedrick House renovations, a request for sealed proposals was created to solicit proposals from potential management companies offering revenue sharing to the City.  A total of fifteen (15) requests for proposals were downloaded from Bonfire. One (1) proposal was received and opened on September 5, 2023.  An evaluation of the proposal was performed, and it was determined that Vizcarra Hospitality, LLC offered a revenue share beneficial to the City and is being recommended for award.

 

RECOMMENDATION

 

That the City Council approve the award and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract as set forth in the caption above.
