ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

A total of five (5) bid invitations were downloaded from Periscope S2G. One (1) bid was received and opened on July 15, 2021. Chlorine is used for the treatment and disinfection processes for both water and wastewater. The term of the agreement will be twelve (12) months, with options to extend for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Funding is available in Public Services’ operating budget.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the award and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
