ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
During the Annual Planning Retreat held March 22-23, the City Council was asked to review its priority topics from the past year and to consider possible adjustments to that list. Proposed changes included adding two emerging topics and assigning next year’s budget emphasis to areas where expanded resources might be needed. Staff would like to review the updated focus areas with the City Council to ensure that the final wording and interpretation matches City Council intent.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the FY 2024-25 City Council Mission Objectives and Strategic Focus Areas as presented.
