ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

The requested special use permit (SUP) for Action Watersports will supplement a previous SUP granted for L&L Autolink with the same conditions, including the keeping of all vehicles or boats in the building and having no pole sign. L&L Autolink, which was originally approved to occupy an entire building on the site, will now only occupy the western half of the building while Auction Watersports will occupy the eastern half of the building. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval (7-0) on November 7, 2023.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
