ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The subject property is located at 1707 Bunker Hill Lane. The land is currently zoned Agricultural - Open Space (AO) District. The applicant is requesting to rezone the parcel to the Light Industrial (LI) District to accommodate a new commercial development. The applicant desires to demolish the existing residential building on the property and build a 15,000 square-ft building designed to accommodate small businesses, office space, and retail space. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval (6-0) on September 1, 2026.

That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
