ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

This item selects the City’s official newspaper.  A total of one (1) bid invitation was downloaded from Bonfire. One (1) bid was received and opened on August 5, 2025. The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months, with options to extend for up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the bid award, authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the award and approve the resolution as set forth in the caption above.
