ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The proposed resolution authorizes the Mayor, City Manager, or her designee, to execute Joint Election Services Contract with the Dallas County Elections Administrator and a Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services with the Denton County Elections Administrator for the May 2, 2026, City of Lewisville General election.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the resolution as set forth in the caption above.
