ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

This small lot is surrounded by Light Industrial zoning but maintains Agriculture Open Space zoning, which is considered a residential zoning district.  Rezoning this lot will allow for development on the lot to the south.  The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval (7-0) on May 20, 2025.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
