ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The Semi-Annual Report is to provide information on the progress of the Capital Improvements Plan associated with the Impact Fee Program and the Land Use Assumption Plan. The Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) was advised that a review and update of the City of Lewisville Land Use Assumptions (LUA), Capital Improvements Plan (CIP), and Capital Recovery (Impact) Fee calculations was recently completed. In accordance with state law, the CIAC has reviewed the Semi-Annual Report, provided written comments on LUA, CIP, and Capital Recovery Fees, and is recommending Council approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the report as set forth in the caption above.
