ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
This agreement allows the City of Lewisville jail staff access to the Dallas County Adult Information System. The jail staff can retrieve information from an inmate's incarceration in Dallas County. This information is beneficial when trying to identify a person in custody or for investigations. Dallas County does not and will not have access to any of our operating systems.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the agreement as set forth in the caption above.
