Approval of the Sublease of Privileges Under the Concession Agreement by LJH, Ltd. to the Slalom Shop, LLC and LJH, Ltd. to Singleton Assets & Operations, LLC.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The City of Lewisville has a lease for Lewisville Lake Park from the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). In turn, the City has a concession agreement with, among others, LJH, Ltd. (Eagle Point Marina). LJH, Ltd. may sublease any privileges in connection with the concession agreement with written permission from the City and USACE. Eagle Point Marina has been approached by the Slalom Shop to sell the business assets associated with the Slalom Shop and sublease the building and associated premises to Singleton Assets & Operations, LLC for the purposes of boat sales, service, etc.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the sublease of privileges as set forth in the caption above.
