ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

 

Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No 1-H has requested the City to authorize and approve the issuance of up to $4,725,000 of said bonds above for the purpose of acquiring and constructing certain streets and roads and to pay certain costs incurred in connection with the issuance of the bonds. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
