Approval of a Contract with Integrated Environmental Solutions, LLC., McKinney, Texas in the Estimated Annual Amount of $92,775 for Urban Forest Management Services; and Authorization for the City Manager, or Her Designee, to Execute the Contract.

ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The Urban Forest Management contract is intended to serve as a tree care or riparian restoration professional to assist the City of Lewisville with the planning and implementation of an urban forestry management plan. A total of twenty-seven (27) requests for proposals were downloaded from Bonfire. Three (3) proposals were received and opened on February 13, 2024. Based on the evaluation matrix included in the request for proposals, Integrated Environmental Solutions, LLC, received the highest evaluation score for the project and is being recommended for award. The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months, with options to extend for up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods. Funding is available through the Parks and Recreation department project budgets.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the contract and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract as set forth in the caption above.
