ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
As part of the annual budget process, changes to the fee schedule based on an analysis of current charges as compared to cost recovery goals and/or fee equity with surrounding entities is conducted. In addition, fees are reviewed to make sure they are still applicable. Resulting modifications are proposed by the departments. Details for each recommended change are included in the back up information.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve the ordinance as set forth in the caption above.
