ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
The Library continues to expand its programming efforts to provide a wide array of offerings for younger adults. The Library plans to host a Bad Art Night for adults ages 21 and over on Friday, December 14 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. This event is strategically scheduled for after the Library’s closes. To further entice adults, the Library plans to provide light snacks, and would like to offer a cash bar during the event.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council allow alcohol sales as set forth in the caption above.
